CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program utilising movements we use everyday: pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. At the Bunker they offer drop-in classes for HK$250. Contact them in advance to book a drop-in class. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday between 6:00 am - 2:00 pm & 5:00 - 9:00 pm.
