Besides different time zones, traveling can also mean different climates. It could be that you travel past the equator and the seasons are in reverse or a totally different weather climate like Asia, South America or the Middle East where it is known to be very warm.
When traveling for business the key is to travel light, so usually the number of outfits are limited. This means that spending time outside in the heat is undesirable. On the other hand going from airco to airco is also taxing on your body systems. So how do you stay cool, calm and collected?
Here at Club Mondain we share the following 3 tips:
1. Be mindful of dehydration, especially moving back out into the heat which can cause your body to sweat and lose even more water, so continue to drink water throughout the day,
2. Upon arrival in your hotel room start the air conditioning on fan-only mode. If still too hot switch to airco mode by gradually bringing the temperature down whilst staying close to the outside temperature. However remember to keep it above 23 degrees Celsius for a healthy indoor climate,
3. Increase the amount of citrus fruits and colorful vegetables in your diet to boost your vitamin C levels for a stronger immune system,
