The Power Of Stretching | Club Mondain

The power of stretching | Club Mondain

Stretching is a great tool that is foremost simple, easy and can be done (almost) anywhere.

Stretching your body can help to improve blood circulation, allowing the enhanced transportation of nutrient-rich blood and oxygen throughout the body. It decreases tensions in the body that helps to feel more relaxed. And if you are deskbound most hours of the day it alleviates most stiffness and pain resulting from lack of movement.

It is a great way to start your day, or extra release in the middle of your day or do it right before bedtime for a good night's rest.
Before stretching it is helpful to warm up the bodya bit by either jumping up and down or go for a short brisk walk for 5 minutes straight. This way the muscles are already more relaxed for greater stretch experience.

To further maximise and benefit from stretching make it a daily routine. It’s like every sport where you get better with continuous practice.

Club Mondain offers the following 6 easy stretches for healthy days:

  1. Legs
